I was told numerous times "Sorry for the delay - we're busy.. I am now passing your requests to so and so.." Then my ticket would be closed.. I'd open again.. same run around.. closed again. I am curious (and have yet to hear from anyone) to know about those whose requests were completed.. and/or a quote was even given.
