Improve Your Web Hosting Services And Stand Out From The Crowd

As a web hosting services provider you know well that competition on the market is enormous. The quality of services offered by you is probably very high, but unfortunately for you, not only the quality of your services is very high. How your potential customer can find out that your services are better than the others? How can you convince your visitors to choose your company rather than competition? How can you stand out from the crowd?

The answer is quite simple.

The Provisioning Modules

How some module can help me to convince visitors to choose my web hosting company? Your question is relevant because at first glance the answer is not so clear. In a moment, you will see that it is much more likely than it appears.

1. The greatest advantage of having the provisioning modules is that you can offer your customers something what your competition might not have. You can allow your customers to manage their control panels, DNS zones, email accounts, servers and much more directly from your client area. This is a huge convenience for your customers who have everything they need, in your website, without necessity to log in elsewhere.

2. Another pros is that you can automate the provisioning and management of various products and services. Your customers can quickly order a ready, configured product and immediately start to use it. Within just a few clicks they can have a ready server adjusted according to their needs or properly configured account with installed scripts.

3. With provisioning modules your customers will be able to do the things that they were unable to do before. Example can be managing services of other providers like e.g. ResellerClub, GoDaddy or Google Apps. This greatly enhances the capabilities of your customers and the attractiveness of your services.

As you can see, seemingly inconspicuous module or two, can significantly change the quality of your services and change the way your web hosting company is perceived by your potential customers. In the era where thousands of web hosting companies compete with each other, you can’t afford to remain in the crowd and allow others to overtake you, can you?

  1. Your modules are the only reason we’re still using WHMCS!
I’ve told the people at WHMCS this as well. Our sister site is running HostBill, which includes many features only available in WHMCS via your modules.
Have you considered making Hostbill modules? We’d pickup a “DNS Manager for Hostbill”.

  2. Making things easier for our customers is a must, and modules from ModulesGarden make it possible. Thanks for everything!

  3. im really looking forward to using your modules

  4. This is a great article that pretty much sums up how to give your customers a really good out-of-the-box experience. Inconsistency has plagued the hosting industry for many years, and the big companies that have sizeable budgets at their disposals and many developers working for them are using proprietary solutions. Even these companies have come to realize that they can provide a better experience for their customers if they create monolithic solutions for them. So instead of telling the customer to use a different control panel for each task or service, the customer can do everything from one place.

Small companies have small budgets, and they rarely have enough developers on staff to take on large projects like that. Not to mention that it also takes time and money to maintain your own software (modules, control panels, etc.). This is where ModulesGarden steps in and provides very powerful provisioning modules for the rest of us, and even custom ones in case we need them. Having these modules in our WHMCS installations means that the customer doesn’t need to use a different control panel for everything. Customers don’t like to have to log into cPanel to make changes, or to SolusVM to provision their VPS servers, or into some other panel to administer their DNS settings. Instead they want to be able to do all of this from one place.

So in conclusion I have to say this: thank you ModulesGarden for providing some of the best provisioning modules for us who are small businesses.
